"Spent a week at Musekese camp. The location is amazing, secluded in the park you are undisturbed and it's very peaceful. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff and guides is wonderful. Guided by Tyrone. We explored the vast variety of habitats the park has to offer, exploring the river too. Saw a vast range of wildlife - Leopards, Lions, Buffalo, elephants and Hippo and much more. We saw leopard and elephants without even leaving the main camp! Incredible food, great accomodation..."

The camp lies at the edge of a broad "dambo" (a meadow that turns into a wetland during the rainy season). Musekese Conservation is a Zambian run Non-Profit organisation. We help to provide resources for conservation projects working across the Musekese-Lumbeya area. Our primary focus is to establish law enforcement and research initiatives that contribute to the preservation of wildlife and communities within the Kafue National Park.
