Paul Lockyer

Paul acts for distributors, providers, insurers, software houses, portals, platforms and other participants in the life and pensions, general insurance, mortgage industry.

Paul’s specialisms include: financial services regulation, IT law, intellectual property, high value negotiations, estate planning, BSI anti-bribery and corruption standards.

He acts in all areas of commercial law including distribution agreements, agency agreements and investment agreements.

Outside of work, Paul is a keen rugby and cricket follower. In his heyday he played rugby, cricket and football but loves all sports. He has been known to follow local sport and has provided funding for local sports teams to develop their facilities.
